CRM Consultant

The work will be based mainly on the implementation, development and support of users of systems for campaign management and real-time marketing. The main recipients of these solutions are clients of the Data Force Group from the financial, telecommunications and retail sectors.

Scope of responsibilities:

  • Implementation of campaign management and real-time marketing systems based mainly on IBM Campaign and IBM Interact software
  • Recommending changes in existing systems and creating concepts for new solutions
  • Setting requirements with system owners
  • Creating documentation
  • Testing the created solution
  • Conducting training for users

Criteria for candidates:

  • Higher education informatics / mathematics / statistics
  • Knowledge of relational databases and SQL
  • Ability to collect requirements and verify them with the technical department
  • Knowledge of methods of data analysis and processing
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Enthusiasm for the job I want to develop and learn
  • Good knowledge of English

Additional advantages:

  • Experience in IBM Campaign or SAS Customer Intelligence systems
  • Knowledge in the field of CRM in the following industries: finance / telco / retail
